Drone Day Service Agreement

Welcome to Daytona Beach Local and Local Drone Media.

Drone Day is a standardized aerial video service designed to provide professional, affordable marketing footage through a simple and consistent booking process. By accessing this website or purchasing any Drone Day service, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or purchase our services.

Drone Day Service

Drone Day is a scheduled aerial video service designed to provide consistent, high-quality marketing footage at an affordable price. Each booking reserves one of a limited number of filming slots on a scheduled filming date.

Every Drone Day booking follows the same standardized filming and editing workflow. Specific shots may vary based on the property's layout, lighting conditions, weather, safety considerations, and FAA regulations.

What's Included

Each Drone Day booking includes:

One professional exterior aerial filming session
One professionally edited 4K horizontal video
Standardized exterior aerial coverage
Typical 24-hour turnaround
Google Drive delivery
Unlimited usage rights
Clean, unbranded delivery with no watermark

What's Not Included

Drone Day does not include:

Interior video
Ground video
Photography
Raw footage
Music
Text overlays
Logos or branding
Custom editing

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

Each booking reserves one of a limited number of filming slots and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because each Drone Day booking reserves one of a limited number of filming slots, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled Drone Day, you may request a one-time booking transfer by contacting us at least 72 hours before your scheduled filming date.

Booking transfers are subject to future availability, may only be used one time, and expire 90 days from the original scheduled filming date.

If no openings are available, your booking will be placed at the top of the waitlist for the next available filming date.

Requests received fewer than 72 hours before your scheduled filming date are not eligible for a booking transfer.

Weather & FAA Restrictions

If weather, FAA restrictions, equipment failure, or other conditions beyond our control prevent filming, your booking will automatically be transferred to the next available filming date.

Property Readiness

Customers are responsible for ensuring the property is ready to be filmed at the scheduled time.

Please remove vehicles from the driveway whenever possible, open gates if applicable, and ensure the property is accessible for filming.

Temporary conditions such as neighboring vehicles, construction, landscaping, people, or other surrounding activity are outside of our control and may appear in the final video.

If we are unable to complete filming due to inaccessible property or other preventable circumstances, the booking will be considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a booking transfer or refund.

Video Delivery

Videos are typically delivered within 24 hours of filming via a Google Drive download link.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather, technical issues, equipment failure, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Usage Rights

Customers receive unlimited, perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use the delivered video for MLS listings, websites, social media, advertising, and other marketing purposes.

Videos may not be resold, redistributed as standalone products, or claimed as original works created by another party.

FAA Compliance

All drone operations are conducted in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.

Flights may be modified, delayed, or canceled if required to comply with federal, state, or local laws, airspace restrictions, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), or other safety requirements.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort will be made to provide timely, professional service, Daytona Beach Local, Local Drone Media, and Virtuous Cycle Experiment LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services resulting from weather, FAA restrictions, equipment failure, internet outages, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials are the property of Virtuous Cycle Experiment LLC unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
