What is Drone Day?
Drone Day is our monthly scheduling event where nearby listings are grouped together and filmed on the same day. By reducing travel time, we're able to offer professionally edited 4K drone videography at a significantly lower price without sacrificing quality.
Why is Drone Day so affordable?
Instead of scheduling one property at a time, we group multiple nearby listings into a single filming route. This allows us to spend less time driving and more time creating content, passing those savings directly on to you.
Can I book more than one property? Is there a limit?
Absolutely! You're welcome to book as many listings as you'd like. There is no limit, though availability for each Drone Day is limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need to be there?
No.
Drone Day is designed to efficiently film multiple nearby properties in a single route. Because we're moving between several listings on a carefully planned schedule, coordinating exact arrival times isn't practical.
As long as we have access to the property and any special instructions ahead of time, we'll take care of the rest. Once your content is complete, we'll deliver it digitally within 24 hours.
Can you film amenities or nearby attractions?
No.
Drone Day is designed to provide affordable aerial coverage of the property itself. To keep pricing low and our schedule efficient, we do not film nearby amenities, beaches, parks, or surrounding attractions during Drone Day appointments.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Daytona Beach Löcal is operated by an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot, and every commercial flight is conducted in accordance with FAA regulations.
Can you fly every property?
Most properties can be filmed. However, some locations may have airspace restrictions, temporary flight restrictions, or other conditions that affect drone operations.
What happens if my property is in restricted airspace?
Many restricted areas can still be flown with FAA authorization. If authorization is required, we'll determine whether it's available before your scheduled Drone Day and let you know if any changes are needed.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety always comes first. If weather conditions aren't safe for flying, your appointment will be rescheduled for the next available day with suitable flying conditions.
Are photos included with the Drone Day package?
No. Drone Day includes professionally edited drone video only.

How long are the videos?
Final videos are approximately 30–60 seconds, professionally edited to showcase the property's best features while remaining ideal for MLS, websites, and social media.
When will I receive my content?
Your completed video will be delivered within 24 hours of your scheduled Drone Day.
How will my files be delivered?
Your completed video will be delivered by email via a secure Google Drive download link.
Can I use the content for MLS?
Yes. Your video is suitable for MLS listings, subject to your MLS's specific rules and guidelines.
Can I post it on social media?
Absolutely! Your video is perfect for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Do I own the content?
You'll receive commercial usage rights to use your video for marketing, MLS listings, websites, and social media. Daytona Beach Löcal retains the copyright to the original media.
Will there be a watermark?
No. All delivered content is provided clean and watermark-free.
What is your cancellation policy?
Drone Day bookings are non-refundable.
If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled Drone Day, you'll receive a one-time transferable Booking Credit valid for 90 days.
Cancellations made within less than 72 hours of your scheduled Drone Day are not eligible for a refund or Booking Credit.
What if my listing sells before Drone Day?
Congratulations!
Simply let us know before your scheduled Drone Day, and we'll issue you a one-time transferable Booking Credit valid for 90 days. You can use it toward another eligible listing whenever you're ready.
